Integrative Trauma Recovery & Nervous System Regulation Services

The approaches below are offered in private sessions as supportive pathways. Each one engages the nervous system in a slightly different way, and many people find that different tools are helpful at different times and in different combinations.

EFT / TFT Tapping: Interrupt the Pattern of Anxiety & Build Emotional Regulation

(Emotional Freedom Techniques / Thought Field Therapy)

EFT and TFT tapping are body-based practices that support emotional regulation by gently engaging the nervous system while bringing awareness to thoughts, emotions, or sensations that feel stuck or overwhelming.

Rather than forcing change, tapping works with the body’s natural stress response. By combining light physical tapping with focused attention, these practices can help reduce emotional intensity, interrupt conditioned stress patterns, and create space for new regulation and perspective.

In the context of trauma recovery, tapping can support:

  • calming the nervous system during moments of activation

  • reducing emotional charge around memories or triggers

  • increasing a sense of safety and control within the body

  • building tolerance for difficult emotions without overwhelm

Tapping is often experienced as grounding and empowering, offering a way to engage with challenging material while staying resourced and present.

SSP & RRP: Polyvagal Protocols: Healing Your Connection to Self (SSP) and the World (RRP), creating a wholistic path to a more peaceful mind body experience.

(Safe and Sound Protocol & Rest and Restore Protocol)

SSP and RRP are listening-based interventions designed to support nervous system regulation through sound. These protocols work with the auditory system, which plays a key role in how we perceive safety, connection, and threat. Listening sessions are tittered to ensure a gentle and healing experience.

"I offer two specialized auditory interventions rooted in Polyvagal Theory. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a trauma-informed tool that retunes the nervous system to improve social engagement and safety in the outside world. Complementing this, the Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) focuses inward, supporting internal resilience and self-connection. Together, these protocols provide a dual-pathway approach to nervous system regulation, allowing you to feel grounded within yourself and secure in your environment."

Within trauma-informed work, these protocols may support:

  • reduced hypervigilance and sensory overwhelm

  • improved emotional regulation and stress tolerance

  • greater capacity for connection and presence

  • deeper rest and recovery for an overworked nervous system

These protocols are offered with careful pacing and support, honoring that regulation unfolds differently for each individual.

Somatic Mindfulness: Grounding, moving from dysregulation into a more regulated, centered state.

Mindfulness training in this work is not about clearing the mind or staying positive. It is about learning how to gently notice— with curiosity and compassion — what is happening in your body, emotions, and thoughts in the present moment, without judgment or pressure to change anything.

Our somatic mindfulness training focuses on building a 'window of tolerance' through grounding exercises and body awareness. Perfect for those seeking trauma-informed mindfulness practices. This practice can support:

  • increased awareness of nervous system states and internal cues

  • greater ability to notice stress and activation before it becomes overwhelming

  • improved emotional regulation and self-soothing

  • a gentler, more spacious relationship with thoughts and feelings

  • the capacity to stay present without becoming flooded or shut down

Mindfulness here may include focused attention on the breath or body, gentle observation of thoughts and emotions, and simple grounding practices that help the nervous system settle and orient to safety.

All mindfulness practices are offered in a trauma-informed, choice-based way — never requiring stillness, silence, or inward focus beyond what feels safe and supportive in the moment.

Trauma-Informed Yoga:

Somatic Movement for Nervous System ResilienceYoga-influenced movement in this work is slow, accessible, and focused on sensation rather than performance or flexibility. The emphasis is on listening to the body, honoring limits, and restoring a sense of agency and choice.

I offer an integrative approach to movement, blending specialized styles, all Trauma-Informed to support your unique healing journey. Whether we are moving through a Vinyasa to build strength and agency, or settling into Yin Yoga to release stored tension, every session is a choice-based practice.

For deep nervous system restoration, we utilize Yoga Nidra (Conscious Sleep) to rest the unconscious mind. We also incorporate Kundalini techniques, using intentional breath and movement to shift stagnant energy and stored emotions. These somatic practices are designed to help you reclaim your body, increase your 'window of tolerance,' and foster a felt sense of safety.

This approach may support:

  • releasing held tension and stress patterns

  • improving body awareness and interoception

  • rebuilding a sense of safety within the body

  • increasing flexibility not just physically, but emotionally

All movement is optional and adaptable, and rest is always welcomed as part of the practice.

Archetypal Imagery & Insight Consult: Symbolic Insight Consults for Subconscious Healing

Symbolic Insight Consults use archetypal imagery and reflective dialogue as a way to access insight that often lives beyond words. These sessions invite a different kind of understanding—one that engages imagination, emotion, and embodied awareness rather than logic alone.

Symbols have long been used across cultures as tools for meaning-making, integration, and self-reflection. In this work, imagery serves as a mirror, helping illuminate patterns, internal conflicts, values, and emerging possibilities that may be difficult to access through direct conversation.

Within the context of nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care, symbolic insight can support:

  • gentle exploration of complex or emotionally charged experiences

  • increased self-awareness without pressure or analysis

  • externalizing inner experiences in a way that feels safer and less overwhelming

  • integrating insight at a pace the nervous system can tolerate

These consults are not predictive. Instead, they create space for curiosity, meaning, and reflection—supporting clarity, agency, and deeper self-understanding.

Fees for Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) & Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP)

The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) are science-backed, sound-based nervous system regulation therapies developed through the lens of Polyvagal Theory.

I require all SSP & RRP clients to meet with me for an Individual Support Session as part of intake. Appointments can be made here, fees for Individual Support Sessions will be applied. During the intake session we will create a Listening Plan as well as explore any need for reoccurring Individual Support Sessions to integrate other healing modalities. We communicate weekly to address questions and track changes that occur during and after listening sessions — shifts in energy, mood, sleep, digestion, emotional tolerance, social engagement, or patterns of activation and settling. We move at a pace that honors your system’s capacity.

The membership fee for SSP or RRP listening access is $1400 per year.

This fee includes:
• Access to the filtered music platform
• A customized listening plan
• Once a month remote checkin session and weekly monitoring/ pacing support
• Weekly communications focused on your response to the protocol

Additional Individual Support Sessions can booked at any time to incorporate other therapeutic services — such as Trauma-informed Yoga/ Movement , Somatic Mindfulness Practices or EFT/ TFT tapping.

If you’re curious whether SSP or RRP may support your nervous system regulation goals, I invite you to learn more or schedule a consultation. Healing unfolds best when it is attuned, paced, and supported.
