Integrative Trauma Recovery & Nervous System Regulation Services

The approaches below are offered in private sessions as supportive pathways. Each one engages the nervous system in a slightly different way, and many people find that different tools are helpful at different times and in different combinations.

EFT / TFT Tapping: Interrupt the Pattern of Anxiety & Build Emotional Regulation

(Emotional Freedom Techniques / Thought Field Therapy)

EFT and TFT tapping are body-based practices that support emotional regulation by gently engaging the nervous system while bringing awareness to thoughts, emotions, or sensations that feel stuck or overwhelming.

Rather than forcing change, tapping works with the body’s natural stress response. By combining light physical tapping with focused attention, these practices can help reduce emotional intensity, interrupt conditioned stress patterns, and create space for new regulation and perspective.

In the context of trauma recovery, tapping can support:

  • calming the nervous system during moments of activation

  • reducing emotional charge around memories or triggers

  • increasing a sense of safety and control within the body

  • building tolerance for difficult emotions without overwhelm

Tapping is often experienced as grounding and empowering, offering a way to engage with challenging material while staying resourced and present.

SSP & RRP: Polyvagal Protocols: Healing Your Connection to Self (SSP) and the World (RRP), creating a wholistic path to a more peaceful mind body experience.

(Safe and Sound Protocol & Rest and Restore Protocol)

SSP and RRP are listening-based interventions designed to support nervous system regulation through sound. These protocols work with the auditory system, which plays a key role in how we perceive safety, connection, and threat. Listening sessions are tittered to ensure a gentle and healing experience.

"I offer two specialized auditory interventions rooted in Polyvagal Theory. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a trauma-informed tool that retunes the nervous system to improve social engagement and safety in the outside world. Complementing this, the Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) focuses inward, supporting internal resilience and self-connection. Together, these protocols provide a dual-pathway approach to nervous system regulation, allowing you to feel grounded within yourself and secure in your environment."

Within trauma-informed work, these protocols may support:

  • reduced hypervigilance and sensory overwhelm

  • improved emotional regulation and stress tolerance

  • greater capacity for connection and presence

  • deeper rest and recovery for an overworked nervous system

These protocols are offered with careful pacing and support, honoring that regulation unfolds differently for each individual.

Somatic Mindfulness: Grounding, moving from dysregulation into a more regulated, centered state.

Mindfulness training in this work is not about clearing the mind or staying positive. It is about learning how to gently notice— with curiosity and compassion — what is happening in your body, emotions, and thoughts in the present moment, without judgment or pressure to change anything.

Our somatic mindfulness training focuses on building a 'window of tolerance' through grounding exercises and body awareness. Perfect for those seeking trauma-informed mindfulness practices. This practice can support:

  • increased awareness of nervous system states and internal cues

  • greater ability to notice stress and activation before it becomes overwhelming

  • improved emotional regulation and self-soothing

  • a gentler, more spacious relationship with thoughts and feelings

  • the capacity to stay present without becoming flooded or shut down

Mindfulness here may include focused attention on the breath or body, gentle observation of thoughts and emotions, and simple grounding practices that help the nervous system settle and orient to safety.

All mindfulness practices are offered in a trauma-informed, choice-based way — never requiring stillness, silence, or inward focus beyond what feels safe and supportive in the moment.

Trauma-Informed Yoga:

Somatic Movement for Nervous System ResilienceYoga-influenced movement in this work is slow, accessible, and focused on sensation rather than performance or flexibility. The emphasis is on listening to the body, honoring limits, and restoring a sense of agency and choice.

I offer an integrative approach to movement, blending specialized styles, all Trauma-Informed to support your unique healing journey. Whether we are moving through a Vinyasa to build strength and agency, or settling into Yin Yoga to release stored tension, every session is a choice-based practice.

For deep nervous system restoration, we utilize Yoga Nidra (Conscious Sleep) to rest the unconscious mind. We also incorporate Kundalini techniques, using intentional breath and movement to shift stagnant energy and stored emotions. These somatic practices are designed to help you reclaim your body, increase your 'window of tolerance,' and foster a felt sense of safety.

This approach may support:

  • releasing held tension and stress patterns

  • improving body awareness and interoception

  • rebuilding a sense of safety within the body

  • increasing flexibility not just physically, but emotionally

All movement is optional and adaptable, and rest is always welcomed as part of the practice.

Fees and Access for Individual Support Sessions

Individual Support Sessions are personalized, one-to-one spaces designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This work is not formulaic. It is collaborative, fluid, and responsive to your nervous system in real time. Together, we sculpt each session around what is most supportive for you — adjusting pace, depth, and approach as needed.

• Nervous system regulation education and support
• Somatic practices and body-based awareness
• Trauma-informed yoga principles and practices
• EFT / TFT Tapping Protocols
• SSP & RRP integration support (when applicable)
• Symbolic reflection and therapeutic insight

These modalities are thoughtfully woven in, based on what your system is ready for. Some sessions may feel more experiential and body-based. Others may focus on regulation skills, integration, or processing through guided somatic inquiry.

Individual Support Sessions (50 minutes)
$149 per remote sessions .

The intention is not to push for breakthrough. It is to build capacity. Over time, this work supports:

• Increased emotional regulation
• Greater resilience and flexibility
• Improved stress tolerance
• Stronger boundaries and self-trust
• A deeper sense of internal safety

Healing is not linear. Our sessions reflect that truth. We move at the speed of safety.

* These sessions are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, though they are likely to enhance and integrate well with care provided by licensed therapists, counselors, or coaches.

Fees for Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) & Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP)

Fees for Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) & Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP)

The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) are science-backed, sound-based nervous system regulation therapies developed through the lens of Polyvagal Theory. They are among the most powerful tools I offer — and because of that, they are offered with a level of support that goes well beyond listening access alone.

These programs are not a product. They are an ongoing, attuned therapeutic relationship — one in which your nervous system is carefully monitored, your listening plan is continuously adjusted, and additional healing modalities are woven in as your system is ready. For that reason, SSP and RRP are offered as monthly membership programs rather than one-time purchases.

Because I hold certifications in EFT/TFT tapping, somatic mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and Polyvagal Theory — alongside my SSP and RRP provider certifications — I am able to bring a genuinely integrative lens to your program. If your system needs grounding during a particularly activating week of listening, we have tools for that. If your body needs movement to integrate what the sound is unlocking, we have that too. This is not a protocol delivered in isolation. It is attuned, responsive, whole-person care.

Getting Started — The Intake Session

All SSP and RRP clients begin with an Individual Support Session as part of intake, billed at the standard rate of $149. During this session we will review your history and current nervous system presentation, build your individualized listening plan, orient you to the Unyte platform, and explore together whether additional modalities may support your process from the start.

The intake session fee of $149 is non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed. This reflects the preparation that begins on your behalf before you arrive — platform setup, intake review, and listening plan development.

Monthly Membership

$125 per month — ongoing auto-pay

Once your intake is complete and your program begins, a monthly membership fee of $149 is charged automatically on the same date each month for as long as your program continues. There is no fixed end date. Your nervous system sets the pace — and when your program concludes through mutual clinical agreement, your membership closes.

Your monthly membership includes:

  • Access to the listening platform and your assigned protocol

  • A customized, titrated listening plan tailored to your nervous system

  • Weekly practitioner check-ins monitoring shifts in energy, mood, sleep, digestion, emotional tolerance, social engagement, and patterns of activation and settling

  • One monthly 30-minute remote check-in session

  • Integration of EFT/TFT tapping, somatic mindfulness, or nervous system movement as clinically appropriate throughout your process

  • Clinical closure support when your program concludes

All monthly membership fees are non-refundable. This program involves significant ongoing practitioner time, individualized clinical planning, and platform access maintained on your behalf. Clients are warmly encouraged to discuss any financial concerns honestly before beginning so that we can find a structure that truly works.

Additional Individual Support Sessions

Additional sessions may be added at any time to deepen integration through somatic mindfulness, trauma-informed movement, or EFT/TFT tapping alongside your active listening program.

  • 50-minute session — $149

  • 30-minute session — $85

SSP + RRP — The Dual Pathway

For clients whose nervous system presentation calls for both protocols, a combined program may be appropriate and a discounted combined rate is offered at my discretion. This is a clinical decision made together during your Discovery Call or Intake Session, based on your unique presentation, readiness, and goals.

A Note on Commitment

SSP and RRP work by gently and progressively retraining the nervous system — a process that unfolds over time and requires consistency to be both effective and safe. Discontinuing a program prematurely, without proper clinical closure, carries a genuine risk of leaving the nervous system in a partially activated or unsettled state. Beginning this work is an act of trust — in the process, in your capacity to heal, and in the relationship we build together. I ask that clients enter with an honest sense of their readiness to commit so that the work can unfold the way it deserves to.

These programs are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, though they are likely to enhance and integrate beautifully with care provided by licensed therapists, counselors, or coaches.

Not sure whether SSP or RRP is right for where you are right now? I invite you to begin with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call — a gentle, unhurried conversation to explore your goals and find the path that feels right.
