This fusion class weaves together Vinyasa flow, Kundalini-inspired movement, breathwork, Yin yoga, and restorative integration, guiding you through movement and stillness in rhythm with the lunar cycle.

Each month, we honor both the universal themes of the New Moon — reflection, reset, initiation — and the unique energetic qualities of that specific moon.
