Individual Sessions
One-on-one sessions provide personalized support tailored to your nervous system, goals, and current life circumstances. Sessions, either in-person or conducted remotely, may include guided practices, education, reflection, and space to gently integrate insight and regulation.
Group Offerings & Circles
Small group experiences offer connection, shared regulation, and a sense of not being alone in your process. These may include workshops, themed series, or seasonal gatherings focused on embodiment, reflection, and nervous system care.

For those who prefer to work independently or between sessions, I offer recorded practices and digital resources designed to support regulation, grounding, and daily integration.
You are welcome to engage with one offering or move between them as your needs evolve.
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and paced with intention. You are never pushed and there is no pressure to “perform,” fix, or achieve anything.

EFT/ TFT Tapping Protocols
Experience EFT and TFT Tapping Protocols for anxiety relief and emotional regulation. These gentle, structured techniques help calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, and guide your body out of fight or flight and into a state of ease.
SSP & RRP Sound Therapy
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) are research-based auditory interventions rooted in Polyvagal Theory — using specially filtered sound to gently retrain your nervous system from the inside out. If chronic stress, sensory sensitivity, or a persistent sense of feeling unsafe has been hard to shake, this quietly powerful approach may be what your body has been waiting for.
Somatic Mindfullness Training
Somatic mindfulness is a trauma-informed mind-body practice that works gently through breathwork, body scanning, sensory awareness, and gentle movement to release stored tension and restore a felt sense of safety. If anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional dysregulation keeps pulling you out of the present moment, this grounded, experiential approach helps you widen your window of tolerance and find your way back to calm — one breath at a time.
Nervous System Yoga & Movment
This approach to improving vagal tone for better stress resilience uses trauma-informed fusion of Yin, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra — intuitively blended to meet the needs of your body and nervous system in each session. We will use movement, stillness, breathwork, and deep rest — wherever healing needs to happen that day, meeting you where you are. No experience needed & open to all levels
Archetypal Imagery & Insight Consultation
Our subconscious often speaks in symbols long before words can reach it. Archetypal Imagery & Insight Consultations use Jungian archetypal imagery and projective symbolism to gently surface patterns, perspectives, and inner wisdom that the analytical mind tends to overlook — offering a uniquely experiential pathway to self-discovery and subconscious processing that beautifully complements nervous system healing work.
